This toner is watery and doesnt have any scents to it which is great. I like to put it onto my palm and apply it directly to my face without using the cotton pad, and pat it until it's absorbed. My face feel a lot refreshed, hydrated, and brightened after. I incorporate this toner into my morning and night routine and now it's become my fav. Thank RSG for letting me know and try this product. will repurchase!
