Round Lab Dokdo Toner is mild on her excema skin (she has excema on her eyelids and cheek), doesn't sting and absorbs well. She says it's lightweight. She does a double cleanse the uses this toner. I've bought it twice now for her.

This toner has been great so far. I’ve only used it a few times and I love it already. So good for sensitive skin that needs hydration. If you’re someone who is struggling with your skin barrier I recommend this product 100%.
