10.12.23 Known to exfoliate dead skin cells & replenish skin with long lasting moisture. Just-Like-Water consistency. This toner is unscented, fast absorbing, & very lightweight. Contains mineral deap sea water from Ulluengdo (for skin moisture balance), HATCHING EX-07 ingredients (dead skin cell care), & Panthenol (for strong moisturizing film). Though i can't feel much on the hydration side but it great in making my skin less inflamed, irritated & oily. I also did noticed how my skin glows naturally & no longer looking tired through out the day.
