I love that this is formulated with molecules that are smaller than mineral water so it deeply penetrates the skin. Cica is such a skin loving ingredient so I was excited this toner was made with it. I found this toner to be really soothing. I like to use this before actives to help keep my skin from becoming irritated . I definitely love this!

Super Soothing CIca & Aloe Essence Toner for hydrated & soothed skin. It’s based on Mineral water, Centella Asiatica Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract. It is great on the days when, apart from hydration, I need soothing effect. I love the most to use it with cotton pads (applying and leaving for 5 min.).
