It's a good toner i think.
Honestly i didn't see much brightning from this toner.
there are so much better once i think you can try.
but it's not bad if you want to try it

I like the jumiso orange serum so i wanted to try out the toner, second step after cleansing, it is nice and preps the skin for next skin care products, i wear it under makeup
