09.17.21 Works on black hair
If you have dark hair, medium to tan skin tone, and don't want a reddish toned product (but also don't want a black eyebrow products) this is a good shade. It is not too gray either. You should warm the product by rubbing it at the back of your hand for easier glide on the eyebrow. This may be cumbersome for some but for me it helps since I have the option of having a stiffer product if I want hair like stroke in the front end of my eyebrow and a more blurred to fill in.

I prefer more pointy tipped eyebrow pencils but the color is pretty good. Not too dark, and easy to apply.
