Soothing not exactly too watery- slightly bit stickier consistency pump sometimes makes it difficult to get the toner out but very nice to travel with!

One of my favorite toners. It has a thicker consistency (due to the aloe). I like the applicator and the formulation leaves my face feeling soft and moisturized. Highly recommend.
