Good toner
I have very dry skin to begin with but this product does a great job of soothing my skin and leaves it looking plump. I pat 2-3 layers and once applied, it feels slightly sticky but will dry instantly within a few seconds. I'm not sure if this caused my breakouts but I had a couple of pimple around my nose and mouth after I started using it. My skin also looked healthy and less flaky after using this so I will continue for a month and see if there's any difference.
