The texture of the cleansing balm is a thick balm that does not melt easily. Also, the cleansing balm does not emulsify easily and leaves my eyes cloudy which is normal after seconds of washing the product with water but this one lasts for too long. It is not a terrible product but their cleansing oil is much better.
