Does have a ginseng smell to be expected. Color is yellow so need to spread more. No irritation. Very gentle

Great for my neck

I love this product! I use it all over my face & neck. I focus on covering my eyes (under and lids), smile lines, & neck. My neck lines and hyperpigmentation- this product helped a lot!
