I love the eyecream but tube is defective and cap won't stay attached, see photo, would have been 5 stars but waste of so much product! Can I please get a replacement?

I recently discovered beauty of Joseon and i instantly loved their serum. I was excited to use this product since i've been looking for a good eye cream that would address my dark circle and fine lines. I was having trouble using the pump that it spilled a lot on my first few usage. I didnt see much improvement until recently, i noticed that my under eye is no longer as dry as it used to and helps lighten my under eye dark circle. Fine lines are still visible but i could see some improvement. With its price point, i would highly recommend since ive seen some improvement with my under eye condition.
