It is moisturizing and it helped with the tiny millia's under my eyes. For some odd reason, i feel like it increased sensitivity to my eyes, not sure if it's related to using this product, and has never happened before. Also first time using retinal eye cream.

tbh didnt see a difference, didnt do much for my dark circles, but smoothed out my fine lines and was hydrating better for older skin and wrinkles
