This exfoliator is a mix of physical and chemical exfoliators, there are scrubbers in the exfoliator which you can feel when you rub the exfoliator on your skin. You can see the dead skin cells after a few seconds of rubbing the exfoliator on the skin. After rinsing off the exfoliator, my pores looked clean and free from dead skin cells. Even the stubborn dead skin cells on my nose were gone.
