I know there is a ton of hype around this product but I think it is very warrented. I love that it can be used in two different ways. We love a multitasker. I was worried when I first received it because it wasn't to the very top but I contacted support and they let me know that it is normal. I'll attach what support sent me.

Product is soooo soft. Tried using it as both an exfoliator and a serum and prefer the serum way. Unsure if the exfoliating way works as advertised. I still prefer the snail mucin though but this still feels very nice
