I had high expectations from this toner. The packaging felt luxurious however, the toner itself was heavy, it had a thicker texture when compared to watery toners and it did not absorb or soak into the skin, it dd not dry down either, it was just sitting on the skin and felt sticky and also broke me out. Would not recommend this for oily, combination or acne prone skin
