This toner has milky consistency that is a tad heavier than water. It comes in glass bottle and it has no fragrance. For reference, my skin is dry dehydrated and I love how hydrating this product is. I double layer it in winter time and it gives an instant glass skin look without feeling heavy or greasy.

09.20.24 Thicker texture than some of the other 'lotions'
Slightly thicker consistency than I am used to, with a stickier feel to it. It is not unpleasant but I do feel I have to allow the product to settle on my skin before adding anything else on top. I usually use it at night - and sometimes this only feels enough and I don't need a cream after. Very moisturising.

Loved the product. Its very soothing. I can actually feel the difference. Use it for ayleast a month to see the visible changes.
