It is a good toner with a hydrating feel to it. It is a bit heavy for oily skin but still like it for days when skin is dry or dehydrated. Recommend it highly!

This product really lived up to its name. Its kept my skin moisturised overnight and didn't feel the need to reapply moisturiser cream at the end of my routine. Its has watery consistency but when it sits on the skin its gives a very soft almost cream like texture
