Very hydrating
I use this eye cream every morning and I love it! the metal tip really helps with de-puffing around my eyes and the cream is very hydrating. I also use this eye cream before I apply makeup to give a nice and hydrating base for my concealer and it has never failed on that. Highly recommend.
