I like how it's hydrating without being sticky or greasy. In general, I prefer water essences like this one. The fact that this is both a toner and an essence, it saves time. I'm not sure about the "super glowing" part since I've only used it a few times.

Sometimes i use it with my hands and sometimes with a cotton pad. Depending on whether i need the extra texture from the cotton pad or not. I really like it it’s gentle and I feel like my skin looks and feel so much better especially when I use it after double cleansing
