12.10.22 Good for layering and moisturizing
First of all, beware of this if you are sensitive to ferments - this essence toner has them all in here. But if you're cool with that, then the numbuzin No. 3 toner works well as a moisturizing layer *on top of something lighter and more hydrating.* This may feel hydrating at first if you have dehydrated skin, but those with a healthy skin barrier will probably find this lacking on its own. It does provide some glow, though the effects are not long-term. I find this works best in winter, and maybe in PM routines for the other seasons.

Good texture, become the skin more soft and help with irritation. It's my first fermentation toner. The smell is unplesant but it disappears fast.

This product works well on my skincare routine. Very mild and best for sensitive skin like mine. So soothing and the brightening effect is great. My skin looks younger and tighter, love it!

I’m skeptical trying new products, but this toner is amazing, it makes my skin clearer and brighter and most of all hydrate ! Will try other products soon.
