It is made out of lavender and quartz jewel water. It has vegetable collegen and a small amount of retinol. The product has a cooling effect. I definitely would recommend this product.

Lightweight gel texture that doesn't feel like it's tugging at your skin. Love the light floral scent of the gel. After application I found it is very cooling and refreshing for my eyes area. Haven't been using it long for any dramatic results, but I'm already seeing my heavy eye bags becoming a little lighter and starting to match my normal skin colour.

05.18.23 The hype is real
I don't use many under eye serums or creams because I'm prone to milia. This one however hasn't caused me any issues thus far. I don't really notice any under eye brightening (bad genes, it's hopeless for me) but the fine lines under my eyes are less noticeable, and the skin underneath is more hydrated than usual which makes this product alone worth it.
