Gave it to my step-mom who has really dark bags and crepey skin under the eyes. I think I see an improvement in the crepey skin and color, or it could be from better rest. Either way, she hasn't experienced any irritation so I would count that as a win.

I have been using this for a bout a week now. I apply a little bit under my eyes and on my forehead lines after i moisturize and I haven't been getting any irritation or redness like a usually would from ant retinoid. It is too early to actually see anti-aging results though.
