sha...@	I bought this product for my self but could take it. I gave it to my friend and she used it. This pack and a healthy diet she was able to lose 4.5kg. It does give amazing result. She took this with healthy 3 meal diet plan plus light exercise. Highly recommend ❤️

Pin...@	Didn't seem to work effectively when i took it. Could be different for others, 4 tablets in a pack. Not hard to take.
