11.05.23 Soothing Toner
For me, this toner didn’t do much on my skin. This toner is so watery and I prefer my toner a bit viscous and thicker. IMHO, this toner very suitable for oily skin and for dry skin, this would not be hydrating enough. I can see the soothing effect when I do 3-4 layers of this toner. The good thing about this toner is it comes in a big volume.
