This may be runny in consistency but behaves like other viscous toners I've tried. The hydration it provides is great and it doesn't disappear completely into the skin, but leaves a smooth protective layer on. And the hydration is long-lasting. It's perfect for anyone that has normal to dry skin or dehydrated prone skin. It's a good choice for the colder months. The scent is citrusy like the other Belif products due to the EOs in the formula. For me EOs are generally not an issue.

This is nice toner. It has a thinned, watery texture. I did notice that is has a slightly strong scent, but it does not linger. Once applied, it absorbs fast into skin and feels lightweight. I have used it with several different skincare products and it layers well with each of them. This toner leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated throughout the day. It has been a nice addition to my skincare routine, especially during the winter months when my skin could use some extra hydration.

11.14.23 Fantastic soothing toner
I ended up really loving this toner. The formula is thin, watery and very quickly absorbing. The Napier's formula gives it a herbal scent and the toner itself is very hydrating and also quite calming. It's a great toner to use post-treatment. It soothes my skin upon contact and is a really great follow-up to the Super Knights mask.
