The texture of the toner is basically water but is so hydrating somehow. I've used thicker toners like the Klairs, and other hyaluronic acid-based toners that haven't been as moisturizing as this toner. I pat it on with my hands, and use another layer if needed and it pats right down into a non-sticky layer on my skin.
