In lockdown I don't really need a toner to do anything other than sooth my skin. I wear heavy costume makeup every week and this is great to sooth my skin before and after. I haven't had many toners to hydrate my skin so well that aren't thicker nutrient based formulas. I'm repurchasing when I need to for sure.
