Hydrating if and only if you apply it on damp skin (not wet) and follow it with moisturizer. I found out that you don’t in fact need humectants in your routine for hydration, you only need a good moisturizer!

It moisturizes the skin wonderfully, not heavy and not light. I use it whenever I feel my skin needs more moisture. And for my lips too.
