I really like this collagen. The individual sticks are convenient and easy to take before bed. It has a nice berry flavor and mixes easily without a strong fishy taste. طعمها عادي مو سيء ولا لذيذ، اهم شي جيلاتين من السمك يعني حلال، ماحسيت بفرق خارجي او داخلي ،ماضرتني لكن لن اكرر الشراء
