More like a milky toner. Gives hydration and a slight “plumping” effect. Works great in colder seasons or if your skin feels tight after cleansing.

This is my favourite milky toner so far! It’s perfect for wintertime and really helps repair my skin barrier. Even when I use it in my evening routine, my skin looks amazing the next morning.
