0.1% Retinol and 5% niacinamide is perfect for addressing dark under eyes and fine lines. Niacinamide brightens dark under eyes (not the structural type but darkness due to sun exposure and irritation). This cream also has peptide, collagen, adenosine which are great at keeping the skin hydrated and elastic. This is a bit heavier so I won't recommend for extremely oily eyelids, but for people dealing with dry eyelids and/or fine lines this is great.

05.07.24 Lightened my Undereye a bit
I always wanted to have an undereye cream for my eyebags since I noticed that it is becoming darker. Good thing I have tried this Heimish Marine care retinol eye serum. I use it for 2 weeks and it did lighten my undereye a bit. yes, a bit, maybe because I somehow still sleep late :( I hope it will improve my undereye color once I sleep early regularly.

A good eye serum! i love how hydrating it is, and instant soothing too. I found that at night is the best time to wear this, or during the day with makeup to prevent creases undereye.
