I loved it There is another types check them it is good for your guts it increases the good bacteria and colon issues but it doesn't solve your issue.

01.27.25 Healthier stomach and cost effective
I'm very happy with this product after 1 month of use - like others say in other places, this will definately help with bowel movement and constipation. First couple of days of taking it definately felt an immiedate need to go to bathroom, but in the longer term it really made using the bathroom alot more effortless. It definately doesn't replace fiber though - but it still makes it much better! Plus, I used to have an upset stomach (like acid reflux in my intestines) during that time of month (bad enough to throw up), but now my stomach is just like a normal everyday health stomach every day. The flavor is muscat grape, in a powder form, and is somewhat easy to dissolve in the mouth - I have dry mouth in the morning and sensitive teeth, so the clumping of the powder sometimes hurts and sticks to my teeth for a min or 2 before being fully dissolved. I still really like how convenient the packaging is - tear the top off and pour in my mouth. I'll get again for sure!
