Le format est très pratique à emporter, le goût est bon, et ça fait quelques bulles, comme une boisson très légèrement gazeuse. En ce qui concerne l’effet, je n’ai pas remarqué d’effets majeurs, mais j’ai apprécié prendre ce kombucha tous les jours
