Very similar ingredients to the 2x barrier intestine cream but noticeably lighter. I honestly prefer this over the cream. It’s still hydrating enough for my skin type. It doesn’t irritate my skin either. I do notice it is a bit streaky for me when I first start to rub it in, not a big deal but is something to note about it. Love the size for the price as well, you can’t beat it
