Most lip balms are just occlusive—this one is actually hydrating. Love this under an occlusive mask at night, I wake up with soft moisturized lips. Milky texture but soaks in well, has a nice slip.

Absolutely adore the packaging! I'll be honest, it's one of the main reasons why I bought this product. It does moisturize the lips and also has a little bit of this cooling feeling/effect. I would say that it's more like a thin milky gloss and is not sticky or heavy.
