Decent milky toner. Lightly moisturizerizing and has worked really well for me in the summer months. It has that slight smell that most products with ferments has, but it is very minimal and does not linger. It works great for my face but dries out my eye area. I like to layer it underneath something else because I find it is sometimes slightly tacky. If you want to layer this toner by itself it will get much more tacky - you can really only apply one, maybe two, layers. I like this and am excited to try other milky toners! I think I may prefer the non-light version more but I haven't used that one as much yet.
