This is my 5th bottle already. I love using this moisturiser esp during autumn & winter. However, Shipped my order 2 weeks after I placed order. And, shipping arrived within one month but normally take only 7-10days to arrive Australia. Ask for help from team for several time but no response. I like the product but not the service.
