Beautiful Toner
Many good things have been said about this toner. This picked up alot of residual dirt and impurities even after oil cleansing and cleansing my face. It felt very soothing too.

This is my second bottle and I'm really happy with how moisturizing and brightening it is. I'm oily and acne prone so this toner is perfect
