Skin is combo, dehydrated, acne prone and selectively sensitive. I like the scent. Kind of a citrusy scent. It leaves a nice brightening effect upon application. Unfortunately, the area under my eyes and along my cheeks bones are more sensitive than the rest of my face and can't manage it hence my 3/5 rating. Rest of my face manages it quite fine. Mostly use it on my neck and occasionally the lower half of my face when I think it wants a little brightening

Toner feels so good going on. Not harsh or drying. Because it's a cleansing toner it does help clean up any little bit of make-up that may have been left behind after cleansing. Skin has become brighter after using and long time dark hyperpigementation spots have not disappeared but lightened. Only critique is it can be expensive for this smaller size bottle. However, it goes on sale often enough to get a good deal. I stock up when the price is right.
