Heard about Needly toner pads couple years ago and finally got to try it starting with their cicachid chilling pad since I have sensitive eczema skin. I use it on my face and it produce a cooling effect which helps with the calming down the redness. I even try it on the back of my neck where the majority of my eczema is and it felt so good and calm it down. Really love this!
