11.12.16 Good price, but mediocre toner
This isn't the best toner that I have tried, but it was not horrible. It did not irritate my skin, but it is very watery and I felt that there was no visible changes in my skin after using this toner. I will not be repurchasing.

The toner definitely has a lot of alcohol in it, since it's got that smell to it. I'm not sure if it tightened my pores, but I feel like my pores look cleaner, which made my pores seem smaller. It's a decent toner, but there's nothing special about it.
