Can’t really tell with these kinds of products BUT i do apply it on my eyebrows, especially the end tips where it can use some loving and care. Hair definitely seems to have grown a bit more in those sparse areas! So if anything, not for eyelashes, I’ll probably repurchase this because it’s so cheap, and apply them to my eyebrows.
