12.31.19 Wow - a thick and moisturizing toner
This is a thick and viscous toner which is almost creamy in nature. Don't expect an astringent toner - this has the effects of a toner while providing a lot of moisture. It 'almost' feels like the Laneige Cream Skin but much lighter. I like this because you're toning your face yet not stripping it of moisture and it feels like a little treat for your face when you use this toner. This whole line protects your face and skin barrier - I will be buying this again even if it isn't on sale.

I've only used this for a few times, but I've been liking it so far. The colour isn't completely clear and is a bit milky. It also has a thicker consistency compared to watery toners, but it isn't too heavy and is perfect for the 7-skin method.
