This lip oil is cushiony and glossy. It makes my lips feel plump and hydrated with a slight tingle, but no unpleasant effects. I got the shade 01 Rose Hip Spritz and it is practically clear on my lips, without leaving any color. It has a nice large cushiony doe foot applicator. It is great alone or on top of more pigmented products. It has the slightest fruity scent.
