The mask is very hydrating,however I wouldn't leave it on the face for all night - max 4 hours,then it gets transparent,kind of dries up a little bit and gives this feeling that your skin is shrinking. And one mire piece of advice - apply your skincare routine with toners and serums before applying the mask- then the effect is even better
