Tastes great, especially, when chilled. Curbs appetite well and helps keep the weight off. Lost about 7 pounds so far over the last 16 days - granted, I only eat 1 main meal a day and do not exercise often. Normal, regular bowel movement and minimal mental status changes. Overall, I enjoy this product and would recommend it for others that need help with weight management.
