When it came, I was a little surprised. It really is like a balm. Spatula is a bit awkward to use but it did take off all my makeup. My skin felt a little bit hydrated afterwards, but I don't know how it did cleansing.

I usually use make up everyday and most of the products that I use are waterproof but with this balm, everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) on my face is easily removed. Great product indeed!

It doesn't remove all my make up but it does clean your skin really well. Make sure to not get in your eyes.

The main difference between this one and the Heimish All Clean Balm, is that this one can make my eyeballs feel like there's a film inside it. This one is suitable for everyday, while I use the Heimish one for hardcore makeup. Both smell lovely, similar textures and are mild. This product smells faintly of raspberry lollies. It cleans well without stripping. It's a white texture sort of like, sherbet. I like using this cleansing balm in the morning as part of a double cleanse.
