This lightweight, milky toner is infused with 70% Rice Water, Rice Ceramic-protein (Ceramide + protein) and Niacinamide to deeply hydrate, strengthen skin barrier and brighten the skin. It is very lightweight so dry skin girlies might have to layer more than once. It's fragrance free as well, non sticky and doesn't leave any greasy feeling on the skin.
