Initially, I bought this soothing serum to pair with at Vitamin C serum that was irritating. However, the Vitamin C serum still was problematic, and so I stopped using it on my face. This Purito serum alone is a good, clear gel-like product. Also, I appreciate that it's unscented because I have a sensitive nose.
