Some recommend a maximum of 3 modes per day, while others suggest full routines with detailed product combinations, which was confusing at first. The device has 5 intensity levels. I started cautiously at level 1 and now feel comfortable at level 3, but I strongly advise listening to your skin - comfort is key, and it should never feel painful. If you don’t have active breakouts or inflammation, I think it’s safe to use. Overall, it’s a fantastic tool.
